Please note that you can register and pay for the conference itself online but in order to reserve space in hotel and tours you must fill out the registration form available for download on this page, including a credit card number (necessary to reserve hotel room) and submit it to pbc@eastwestcenter.org or fax it to 1-808-944-7399 ATTN: Jill. You must reserve the hotel through the PBC Secretariat in order to receive the special hotel rates. Online registration for the two workshops on October 26 will be available shortly. Feel free to email the secretariat at pbc@eastwestcenter.org with questions about the workshops or any other aspect of the conference.
