We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities, including:
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $10,,000. Entitlements include:
- banner with company name & company materials in plenary room
- banner with company name at registration desk
- two complimentary conference registrations
- two tickets to banquet
- one full page black and white ad in the conference program
- logo on the back cover of the preliminary and final programs
- opportunity to include company brochures in official conference packet
GOLD SPONSOR: $5,000. Entitlements include:
- opportunity to sponsor reception or banquet; company’s representative may give a 5 minute welcome to participants at sponsored event
- references to reception or banquet in program & website will include name of sponsoring company (or companies)
- banner with company name at registration desk & in event room
- one complimentary conference registration
- one ticket to banquet
- logo on back cover of conference program
- half page black and white ad in conference program
- opportunity to include company brochures in conference packet
SILVER SPONSOR: $2,500: Entitlements include:
- opportunity to sponsor a keynote speaker or session
- banner with company name at registration desk, and, if session sponsor, in session room
- one complimentary registration
- company logo will be in program with speaker's or session's name
- logo on back cover of conference programs
- opportunity to include company brochures in conference packet
OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES \
Sponsor a refreshment break or lunch. A sign indicating sponsoring company will be placed at the refreshment or luncheon tables. Brochures can be displayed in event room. Company name will be included in conference printed materials and website. Company brochure can be included in conference packet.
Sponsor registrations and/or travel for students, participants from developing countries or a keynote speaker ($200-$3500). A wonderful opportunity for your company to support the conference and receive positive recognition. Company name will be included in conference materials, program next to speaker name and on website. Brochures will be included in conference packet.
